Consultation & History Review
Your appointment will be with a highly experienced Hearing Care Practitioner who will begin by asking questions to understand the history of your hearing aids, where they’re falling short, and the areas where you’d like to see improvement.
Blind Comparison Testing
Based on the evaluation, we’ll conduct some blind comparison testing, allowing you to experience different hearing technology side-by-side to demonstrate the difference between your current experience and what is possible.
Hearing Evaluation & Device Fitting
In many cases, we can quickly identify areas for improvement with the fitting. The next step is often a hearing evaluation to accurately assess your hearing abilities and properly program your devices.
Custom Settings Adjustment
Then comes the 'special sauce'—adjusting the settings to make sure your devices perform optimally in the environments that matter most to you.
