With Governor Charlie Baker announcing a tw0-week extension to the stay-at-home advisory, Duncan Hearing Healthcare is scheduled to open doors for in-person appointments on May 18th.

However, as time passes and more of our patients are experiencing hearing difficulties, we’re continuing to help though two ways.

#1 – Curbside Care (Appointment Only, Tuesday-Thusday, 10am-3pm)

To keep you safe and help you to get any repairs, replacements or adjustments taken care of during this period, a ‘Curbside Care’ option has been launched.

This allows you to pull into the parking lot outside of our office and have a member of the team collect your devices, carry out any required work and return them to you without you having to leave the comfort of your vehicle.

#2 – Hearing Health Hotline (Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm)

If you need any help or assistance, whether you’re an existing patient of Duncan Hearing Healthcare or you need assistance with devices that you purchased elsewhere, then during this time, we’re making ourselves available to help.

Simply call out hotline at 508-674-3334 between 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

A hearing professional will be available to help, answer any questions and offer any guidance that you may need.

Nancy Duncan, Au.D.

Dr. Duncan’s Southcoast roots run deep, establishing a special connection to the community where she practices. A homegrown product, she graduated from Somerset High, just across the Taunton from Fall River, and received her B.S. in communication disorders and psychology from Worcester State College. Her master of science in audiology was awarded at the University of Arkansas in 1997, after which she worked for several private audiology practices in Arkansas, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
