Hi there,

Let us begin by saying that everyone at Duncan Hearing Healthcare hopes you had a fantastic holiday experience.

We know that some of you may have had to adapt your celebrations this year, but we’re looking forward to hearing all your stories when you next speak to us!

It’s true that 2020 didn’t go exactly how we anticipated, but there are so many reasons to be optimistic about 2021!

Most importantly, the team was thrilled to hear that there are effective vaccines available, meaning that one day soon, we will all be able to meet up with friends and loved ones safely.

We honestly can’t wait to attend busy festivals and have carefree family dinners.

However, throughout the pandemic, the team has also revolutionized the way we operate to bring you a range of secure, non-contact care options, no matter the situation.

These included our telehealth service, Virtual Hearing Care, that allows you to speak one-to-one with our specialists and our Curbside Service, letting you access support in the comfort of your vehicle.

The Hearing Aid Repair service is the newest addition, allowing people in our community to get expert support and assistance at a fraction of what manufacturers charge.

As a result, there are now more ways to get specialist hearing care solutions than ever before.

But the thought of seeing our office full of people once again – potentially in 2021 – fills everyone with joy, and for us, that day can’t come soon enough!

If you would like to book an appointment or find out more about how we can assist you, call our friendly team at 508.674.3334 (Fall River), 508.862.0255 (Hyannis), or 508.910.2221 (Dartmouth).

Updates from the Office

During November, we ran our seasonal “Hear for the Holidays” competition, where one very deserving winner received the gift of better hearing!

We are so thrilled to announce the winner as Kyle, and give him the kickstart to life he so desperately deserved!

It was an emotional visit for all but, most of all, we were honored to meet the wonderful gentleman behind the nomination.

Through reading your stories sent in, we were truly in awe at the kind-hearted and selfless nature of all of you. Above all, we hoped to have spread some much-needed love and positivity.

Stay tuned to hear our other two winners’ stories shortly…

Who am I?

It’s true to say that many of you enjoyed our holiday game in last month’s newsletter, and everyone at the office loved your feedback.

So to lift all our spirits, we decided to run another game, “Who am I?”, where you need to guess the person using the clues below:

1) I was born in Waco, Texas in 1945 and later moved to California with my family.

2) I went on to become a well-known comedian, making appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and Saturday Night Live, which I have hosted 15 times in total.

3) Alongside stand-up routines, I had a successful career as a writer and actor, starring in Roxanne, LA Story, and Cheaper by the Dozen.

4) More recently, I’ve been touring with my friend and fellow comedian Martin Short, providing audiences with an evening full of laughs.

Think you know who I am? Click reply on this email and tell us your best guesses!
