During Laura’s job interview at Duncan Hearing, it soon became clear that she was a good match for the office. Fortunately for us, she felt the same, and as they say, the rest is history!
Laura’s busy workday includes managing the front desk, checking patients in and out, handling referrals, and providing basic customer service. She shares that she especially loves the customer service part of her job. In fact, helping patients with any problems they may have is the most rewarding part of her day.
Laura recently became a grandma for the first time, so most of her free time is spent enjoying her new family member.
