Curbside Care

How Does ‘Curbside Care’ Work?

04/26/2020 | Local News

With the stay at home order now extended to May 18th,  more and more patients are calling us because they’re in need of help.

Whether for adjustments, repairs, replacements or a long over-due cleaning.

That’s why, during this time, the decision has been made to introduce ‘Curbside Care’

This allows you to pull into a designated parking bay outside of our office, call for assistance and have one of the team come out to collect your hearing devices from a safe distance.

This ensures that you can continue to receive the care and support that you need without leaving the comfort and safety of your own vehicle.

Here’s how it works.

#1 – Prior to visiting us, simply call to receive an arrival time for your curbside care so we can be ready for you.

#2 – Upon your arrival, pull into a vacant parking space and call us to let us know that you have arrived.

A member of the team wearing gloves and a face-mask will then collect your devices from a safe distance.

#3 – Your devices will then receive the care and attention that they need to make any adjustments, repairs or replacements, before being sanitized and returned to you.

this is another way that Duncan Hearing Healthcare is continuing to care for you during these challenging times

To schedule your curbside visit, then please your local office today.
