How Do ‘Curbside Appointments’ Work?

06/09/2020 | Local News

During the start of COVID-19, the decision was made to introduce a unique way for patients to continue to receive the care that they need without contact.

It’s called “Curbside Appointments.”

This is where you’re able to visit us and receive the help and attention that you need without having to leave the comfort of your car, ensuring that you can receive 5-star hearing care with your safety and convenience being at the forefront of your visit.

With hundreds of appointments during March, April, and May 2020, the decision was made to make “Curbside” one of the three key options for patients alongside in-person appointments and Virtual Hearing Care.”

The key question that we’re often asked is, How does it work?”

#1 – Schedule Your Visit

For your safety and to ensure that we don’t cause a traffic jam at peak times, we ask that you schedule your visit by calling your local office.

They will share availability and find a convenient time slot, as well as understand your reason for the visit to ensure that we’re prepared in order to minimize wait times.

#2 – Parking and Calling Us

When you arrive, simply pull into an available parking space.

Please note that if you’re at our Fall River office, then you should drive into the circular drive.

Once you have parked, please call and let us know of your arrival and the vehicle that you are in.

A member of our team will then be with you within 1 to ten minutes.

#3 – Receive Help and Care

Regardless of the reason for your visit, our team will then be able to assist in a contact-free way while you wait in the comfort of your car.

It makes receiving audiological care quick, simple, and easy, and it ensures that you’re comfortable and safe.

To schedule your “Curbside Appointment” – please call our friendly team at your local office.
