Marlena Caulfield
Assistant Director of Operations
Marlena grew up in North Attleboro, MA, and pursued her education at CCRI and the Bristol Plymouth Nursing Program. In her role as Assistant Director of Operations, she ensures that patients receive top-notch care and that staffing levels and daily operations are efficiently managed.
Her favorite aspect of being part of our team is the inclusive and supportive atmosphere, where every team member is valued and patient care is prioritized. She finds great satisfaction in being part of an innovative organization that consistently strives for excellence.
Beyond her professional life, Marlena cherishes spending time with her family. Her children are dedicated civil servants with roles as a police dispatcher, a firefighter, and a worker at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Her partner, who works for the City of Fall River, shares the family’s commitment to serving the Dartmouth community.
Marlena enjoys knitting, reading, and exploring various breweries and wineries, relishing the opportunity to meet new and wonderful people—and their dogs!
