Peace of Mind Aftercare Plan
This is a 1-year plan that can be purchased when your 4-year Hear Connect or Hear Complete Treatment Plan expires. In addition, new patients who purchased their hearing aids elsewhere but want a comprehensive aftercare plan with us rather than paying per visit can take advantage of this care option. Peace of Mind includes:
- Quarterly preventative maintenance visits
- Yearly prescription evaluation (hearing tests) & refitting of aids to new prescription when needed
- Custom Earmolds and/or Non-Custom Domes as needed
- Cerumen Management (Earwax Removal)
- Unlimited Emergency visits as needed
- Loaner devices as needed
- Hearing aid filters as needed

- Basic Audiologic Examination: $125.00* (covered by most health insurance)
- Tinnitus Consultation (includes 2 visits): $370.00* (discounts may apply if the patient has a confirmed Medicaid plan)

- Hearing Aid Check: $72.50
- Loaner Hearing Aids: $75.00 each* (covered under Hear Connect or Hear Complete Plans)
- Custom Hearing Aid Earmolds: $115.00 each
- Encased Hearing Aid Earmolds: $165.00 each
- New Hearing Aid Receivers $125.00 each (No charge if hearing aid is under original manufacturer’s warranty or the patient purchased the Hear Connect or Hear Complete Plans)
