Hearing Instrument Specialist
Born and raised in Fall River, MA, Shantelle is thrilled to be a part of the Duncan Hearing Healthcare team. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS), no day is ever the same.
Shantelle’s responsibilities include cleaning hearing aids and troubleshooting any challenges the patient might be experiencing. She also provides phone coverage and assists patients with setting up their appointments.
Working with people has always been Shantelle’s passion and she describes helping patients to hear as especially rewarding. She loves the positive feedback from patients, particularly their big smiles once a situation has been corrected as well as listening to a patient express how much Duncan Hearing Healthcare has helped them and made their life easier and more fulfilling.
When Shantelle isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and crafting cute crochet creations.
