Our Story So Far
From our founding in 2003 as a single clinic in Dartmouth, Duncan Hearing has grown steadily, opening new locations across Fall River and Falmouth, expanding our team of audiologists, and continually adopting state-of-the-art hearing technologies. Through every milestone – from first patient to community partner – our mission has remained the same: to reconnect people with sound, care, and confidence.


2003
Duncan Hearing founded
Mission-driven audiology care in MA begins.

2005
Introduced state-of-the-art diagnostic audiometers ahead of industry norm.

2008
Expansion into Dartmouth clinic to serve more patients locally.
Fall River office moved to a bigger location

2010
Among the first in the area to use speech mapping technology for precise fittings.

2012
Community education program launched — free local hearing screenings.
We expanded to Hyannis.

2015
Fall River clinic expansion.
Larger facility to accommodate advanced testing suites.

2018
Added tinnitus management program with evidence-based therapies.

2019
Expanded into Dartmouth.

2020
Rapid pivot to teleaudiology services during COVID-19, ensuring uninterrupted care.

2022
Falmouth clinic opens.
Expanding access to Cape Cod region.

2023
Invested in latest real-ear measurement systems and advanced hearing aid programming software.
Welcomed Truesdale Audiology Patients into the Duncan Hearing Healthcare Family.
