Alexia Blais
Patient Experience Specialist
Alexia grew up in Freetown, Massachusetts, and went to Johnson & Wales University for business and pre-vet. She also helps take care of her grandparents.
Many of Alexia's family members are very happy Duncan Hearing patients, and she wanted to be part of the team that took such good care of her family from day one.
As our Patient Experience Specialist, Alexia checks patients in and out and keeps the energy positive through their entire experience. She prepares documentation for our Centerville patients and keeps the front office running smoothly.
Alexia is very outgoing and loves sharing a little extra positive energy with patients, as well as seeing how much of a difference hearing healthcare makes in their day-to-day lives. As she puts it, "Positivity is something that is free, is easy for me to give, and can make a world of difference for someone else's day."
Outside of the office, Alexia's family owns a horse farm where she rides and cares for 30 horses. She also teaches riding lessons and has been training since she was about 11. Her own horses are named Scotch and Storm. It gets very busy, but she loves everything about this lifestyle.
