Elizabeth Celorier
Patient Experience Specialist
Elizabeth was born and raised in Framingham and moved to Cape Cod nine years ago. She brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to Duncan Hearing. Most recently, she served as the Wellness Coordinator at Bridges by Epoch in Mashpee, an assisted living community for people living with memory loss.
During her time at Bridges, Elizabeth grew to love the residents and their families. Bringing a smile to their faces always made her day. Joining Duncan Hearing has allowed her to continue doing what she loves most: working closely with patients and making a positive difference in their lives.
As our Patient Experience Specialist, Elizabeth makes sure every visit runs smoothly from the moment you walk through the door. She greets and checks in patients, makes sure paperwork is complete, schedules appointments, and helps walk-in patients. Behind the scenes, she orders hearing aids and supplies, checks in devices, sends out repairs, and works with manufacturers when needed.
Elizabeth's favorite part of her role is seeing patients smile when they receive their new hearing aids, a moment she calls "priceless." She also loves being part of a supportive team that is always willing to share knowledge and lend a hand.
Outside of the office, Elizabeth is a proud mom of five, from her 11-year-old twins to her oldest at 29, and she recently became a grandmother for the first time. Her free time is often spent cheering at her kids' games and events, enjoying the outdoors, visiting her older children and grandson, and curling up with a good book whenever she can.
