Patient Experience Specialist
Emma Lima joined the Duncan Hearing Healthcare team with a passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Bridgewater State University from 2021 to 2025, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and communication.
Emma was drawn to the field of hearing care because of its unique ability to create an immediate and lasting impact on a person’s quality of life. She values the opportunity to help individuals reconnect with the world around them and improve their everyday experiences.
In her role as a Patient Experience Specialist, Emma is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives the highest level of care. She plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and works closely with both patients and team members to provide a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
What Emma loves most about her work is the genuine connection she builds with patients over time. She appreciates being part of their journey, not just during a single visit, but throughout their ongoing care. She also values the strong sense of teamwork within the office and enjoys collaborating with her coworkers to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Outside of the office, Emma enjoys traveling, attending Celtics games, and spending time with friends. She loves listening to music and staying active year-round—snowboarding in the winter and keeping up with Pilates and pickleball whenever she can.
