Theresa Botvin

Growing up, Theresa didn’t have a place she truly considered home until she started high school. Her dad was in the Navy, which meant they moved approximately every 11 months for his job. Therefore, Theresa attended twelve different schools before her parents finally settled in Tiverton, RI where she started high school in 1979, graduating four years later.

Theresa joined the Duncan Hearing Healthcare team following retirement from her career. She simply wanted a challenging and rewarding part-time job. Her role as patient care coordinator definitely meets those requirements!

Currently, Theresa’s responsibilities include opening and distributing the mail, running weekly and monthly reports on payments received, waiting for insurance companies to send payments, and other administrative tasks. She hopes to add more duties to her role as she settles into the office routine.

Theresa finds great satisfaction in knowing that she is helping Duncan Hearing Healthcare and helping them grow. She aspires to have a bigger role that can result in them achieving even more success than they have now.

In her free time, Theresa’s family is the highlight of her life. She enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren at the beach or in the backyard running, playing, and having sleepovers – sometimes even double sleepovers, which are her favorite.
