Patient Experiences Specialist
Amber grew up and attended school in Fall River. As our patient care coordinator, she works closely with patients helping to plan their care, starting with their very first appointment.
Amber particularly loves how the Duncan hearing team truly works hard as a team. She likes seeing how her role plays a part in patient care as well as how each member’s role plays a part in working together to help patients achieve better hearing.
Recalling her favorite personal success story at Duncan, Amber says it has to be the time a new patient came to the office desperately needing a hearing aid repair. The patient was seen the same day and her hearing aid was repaired. The patient was very thankful, as she was worried she wouldn’t be able to engage with her family during the holidays if her device wasn’t working in time.
Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and crafting.
