Kelsey Dawidczyk
Call Center Representative
Kelsey grew up in Central Massachusetts in a close-knit family alongside her mom, dad, and two older brothers. Those strong family values taught her the importance of hard work, responsibility, and staying connected to the people around her. In 2021, she relocated to Rhode Island, where she has continued to grow both personally and professionally.
Kelsey was drawn to hearing healthcare by her desire to help others and make a real difference in people's lives. She knows how important hearing is to communication and connection, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to play a part in helping patients hear better and feel closer to the people they love.
As part of our Patient Call Center, Kelsey is often the first friendly voice you'll hear when you contact Duncan Hearing. She completes patient intakes, schedules appointments, answers your questions, and connects you with the right member of our team when you need additional support. No two calls are the same, and Kelsey makes sure every caller feels listened to and cared for.
What Kelsey enjoys most about her role is the chance to truly listen, understand what each person needs, and guide them toward the right care. She loves knowing that even a simple conversation can help someone feel heard, supported, and one step closer to a better quality of life.
Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys listening to music, watching TV shows and movies, and spending quality time with her friends, her family, and her two dogs, Oreo and Remy.
