Call Center Representative
Cathy is from Acushnet, Massachusetts. She has worked in the medical field for nearly 30 years, with more than a decade of that spent in hearing healthcare.
As part of our Patient Call Center, Cathy takes calls for all of our sites in a professional and timely manner, scheduling appointments and listening to all of our patients' needs and concerns.
What Cathy enjoys most is working with an office team who are all passionate about what they do every day. She also loves being part of helping our patients on their journey to better hearing.
Outside of the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her two cats, and her chickens. She also enjoys yoga and travelling.
