Hearing Care Coordinator
Lillian was born and raised in West Haven, Connecticut, in a Portuguese family. Growing up in a community with a large Spanish-speaking population, she learned to speak three languages: English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Lillian was drawn to hearing healthcare by her desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. She finds it rewarding to be part of helping patients on their journey to better hearing.
As part of our Patient Call Center team, Lillian helps keep each patient's experience running smoothly. Her day includes answering calls, confirming and scheduling appointments, setting up new patient files, following up on cancellations and rescheduling, and coordinating referrals and additional patient information.
What Lillian enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and help patients receive the care they need.
Outside of the office, Lillian is a proud wife and mother of three children, aged 22, 17, and 6. She loves spending time with her family, and when she gets the chance for a night out, she enjoys going to dinner and spending time with her husband at the restaurant where he DJs on Saturday evenings.
