Brittnie Bates

Patient Care Coordinator

Brittnie Bates, Patient Care Coordinator at Duncan Hearing Healthcare

Brittnie grew up in Fall River and graduated from BMC High School. Following graduation, she studied clinical and administrative medical assisting at Coastal Career Academy.

As our patient care coordinator, Brittnie’s responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling new and existing patients, and assisting patients on their journey to better hearing. On an average day, it can get very busy checking patients in and out, ordering hearing aids, or sending devices out for repairs as well as preparing for the next day.

Brittnie’s favorite part of working at Duncan Hearing Healthcare is the way the team gets things done. Everyone tries to go above and beyond for the patients. She also likes how the team stays up to date and knowledgeable in new and existing technologies.

When she’s not working, Brittnie keeps active as a full-time mom to two energetic boys. Together, they enjoy baseball games, concerts, and plenty of time outdoors.
