I accompanied my Mom for her first appointment with this practice yesterday. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. Dr. Nancy Duncan was great. She took her time and explained everything in detail, making my Mom feel very comfortable. We plan to continue with Duncan Hearing…highly recommended!

Our experience was so positive I couldn’t wait to leave this review. My 83 year old mother with significant hearing loss has been helped by this caring group of professionals for years. Tonight, however, was exceptional. We were hoping to pick up her new hearing aid that Duncan hearing had promptly repaired on a Friday by 4:30 closing. I was driving from Connecticut in heavy traffic to pick mom up for the appointment and realized we wouldn’t make it prior to closing. That is when Shantelle offered to wait for us on her own time because she knew my mother had a wake and funeral to attend that weekend. She met us outside, waiting a half hour after closing and treated my mother with skill and compassion. Shantelle ensured the device was working and took the time to teach mom how to insert it properly. Her caring and generosity enabled my mom to communicate with her family at the wake. It meant the world to us! Duncan hearing, Shantelle and all the caring staff are 5 stars and more! Thank you

  • Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked, puts team accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments.

  • Owns it, credits others for successes, and accepts responsibility for failures. Always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
  • Coachable, doesn’t get defensive, accepts feedback with a positive attitude. Always looking for ways to grow and improve.
  • Reliable, dependable, doesn’t just arrive on time, but often comes in a little early to make sure they’re prepared for the day; willing to stay late when there’s work that needs to be done.
