Carrie Lewis, Au.D.

Dr. Carrie Lewis is no stranger to the South coast. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Duncan Hearing Healthcare, having practiced audiology in the area for more than 24 years. Carrie is originally from Fall River, Massachusetts, she attended Worcester State College where she received her B.S. in communicative disorders and then continued to receive her Master of Science degree at Southern Connecticut State University in 2002.

After working in the South coast area for 10 years, she decided to go back to school and obtain her doctor of audiology (Au.D.) degree from A.T Still University/School of Health Sciences in 2012.

Carrie has worked in a variety of work settings including hospitals, private practices and with several ENT’s in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. She has expertise in providing rehabilitative audiology to the community as well as diagnosing hearing impairments and recommending and prescribing appropriate hearing solutions. Carrie has experience working with adults of all ages and excels with the pediatric and special needs populations. She takes pride in tailoring solutions to individual needs.

As the audiologist in the Dartmouth office, Dr. Lewis is dedicated to improving the lives of every patient that walks into the office. She ensures that patients receive top-notch care. She strives to help each patient to hear better and the highlight of her day is to be able to help someone communicate more effectively with their loved ones. Her commitment to community and family is evident in her passion for delivering exceptional hearing healthcare.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jason and her daughters- Elana and Ilyssa and her son Logan, along with their three dogs-Winston, Willow and Frankie, Sookie the cat and Ellie the bunny! She likes to try new recipes, spoil her dogs, shop for anything related to Dachshunds and relax in her hot tub.
