Shantelle Pimentel, Patient Care Coordinator at Duncan Hearing Healthcare

Shantelle is a fellow Massachusetts native and grew up in Fall River, where she attended BMC Durfee Highschool.

As a patient care coordinator, she is responsible for keeping the clinic running smoothly and efficiently. From answering phones to scheduling appointments and reminding patients of their upcoming appointments, she is a key part of the team and a lot of our patients are very fond of her.

Outside of the clinic, she loves to spend time with family and enjoy the outdoors doing hiking and bike riding.

My vovo, and we will be eating her Portugese roast that she made every Sunday (:

I don’t follow sports

What is your favorite food?

Anything that’s delicious but if i had to pick my Marias Shrimp mozambique

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Greece

Too many, but if i had to choose i would say Outlander
