Included as a part of New England’s farm coast, consisting of a chain of historic coastal villages, vineyards, and farms, Dartmouth, MA, was the first area of Southeastern Massachusetts to be settled by Europeans in 1652. In the late 19th century, our community developed into a summer resort area for the wealthy, adding to our stature and drawing many to establish a permanent residence in our laid-back culture.

Areas We Serve
Frequently Asked Questions
Where Should I Park?
There are two spots in the rather large building parking lot that say “patient parking” that are designated for our office. If they are available, patients can park there. If you require a disabled parking spot, there are several spots available.
Where Should I Go Once I Have Parked?
Once parked up, you can enter through the glass entrance off of the circular driveway. The entrance has 1822 above it. Then, take the elevator to the second floor and follow the black signs with arrows to our office.
Who Will I Meet When I Walk Through The Door?
Immediately as you walk through the door, you will be welcomed by our friendly patient care coordinator, Shantelle.
What Should I Expect After I Arrive?
Shantelle will collect any completed paperwork that you have brought with you, along with your insurance cards, and take a picture for your chart. Confidentiality is an important factor for us, so we will always ask you to complete the HIPAA. This allows you to decide who will have access to your healthcare information (ie loved ones, or additional physicians besides their PCP).
Is There Anything I Need To Do Prior To My Appointment?
While we don’t expect too much of you, please complete the paperwork that was either sent to you in the mail or electronically via email and jot down any questions you have. I find patients often have questions and then forget them during the appointment. If they write them down ahead of time, I can make sure we address them all.
Can I Bring A Loved One Or Friend?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We provide lots of information and having an extra set of ears is helpful. Plus, we do some testing that requires a familiar voice so having a friend or loved one with you is ideal.
How Long Will My First Appointment Take?
We set aside an hour for the first evaluation, so we have plenty of time to perform a thorough test and answer any and all questions.
What Should I Do If I Need To Reschedule?
If something comes up and they need to reschedule, simply call 508-674-3334 or email [email protected] and we can take care of that.
