Alison Pereira

Alison grew up in Somerset and graduated from Somerset High School.

As our patient care coordinator, Alison is most likely to be found based at the front desk geared up for her receptionist duties. She is the first and last friendly face patients see when they visit the office.

Alison enjoys meeting new and established patients while preparing them for their appointments. Her outgoing personality and cheerful demeanor are perfect for engaging with patients and making them feel at home.

Alison’s favorite part of her job at Duncan Hearing Healthcare is witnessing patients’ excitement following their device activation appointment – after all, being able to hear again is definitely exhilarating!

Alison always makes a point to ask jokingly, “Can you hear me now?” She also enjoys chatting with the patients about all the new sounds they can hear, such as the birds chirping.

Additionally, Alison is happy to help Portuguese speaking patients fill out forms or help translate for them during their appointment. She shares that the best part about being on the Duncan team is learning from a successful, hardworking, and funny group of women.

Outside of work, Alison loves indulging in delicious food by trying out new restaurants near and far. Most of her inspirations come from watching Phantom Gourmet.
