Ashley Rodrigues, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Ashley, also a Fall River native, studied health science at Bristol Community College from 2013 to 2016. Each day for Ashley is different as she manages a variety of responsibilites as part of her role at Duncan Hearing.
Whether it’s seeing patients for fittings of new devices, ear impressions, or regular maintenance and adjustments, Ashley is always on hand to help.
Being a Hearing Instrument Specialist with extensive customer service experience, augmented with a background in health sciences, makes her an integral member of our team.
There are many ways in which she thrives at her job but her favorite part about working at Duncan Hearing is that everyone works as a team to give the patients the best hearing healthcare.
Each employee has their role to assist the patient’s communication needs and they all work together to best serve the Massachusetts community.
A particular moment that has stuck with her is when a patient came into the clinic with issues with his device.
“Once a patient walked in needing a new receiver as he could not hear a thing without his hearing aid and had an important meeting coming up soon.
I was able to fix it in house and the patient was so grateful to have his hearing back it made me feel very good to be able to do this for him.”
Cooking and spending time with her family are special interests for Ashley. She also enjoys downtime by watching TV like Netflix or hulu and taking her dogs Major and Minnie to the park or on a hike.
