This week I headed across the pond to London, England, to attend a prestigious audiology conference, surrounded by my friends and fellow hearing care experts from America and Canada alike.
The event itself has been pretty groovy so far!
It’s been great to see some old friends that I haven’t seen in a while and meet some new members of the circle, bouncing ideas off one another in our shared profession.
I was asked to present in front of this amazing audience of like-minded professionals in beautiful London and all but jumped at the chance to share my thoughts about Creative Solutions for an Ever-Changing Audiology Landscape.
From staffing and scheduling to utilizing the latest technology and more, I shared some of the best ways we’ve upgraded and updated to fit the times and upgraded the patient experience for a streamlined, welcoming, concierge-level time from walking through the door to leaving the appointment.
After all, something that everyone in the audience and I can agree on is that the patient comes first.
Organized schedules with new team members, optimized training, new and improved services, and fresh cookies at the door (something my staff and I enjoy too!) – every business move we make is set to help you and all our patients.
It was an honor to get to visit London, see some old friends, and share my insights with other hearing care professionals. I can’t wait to see how my presentation helps other professionals in their businesses!
I’m still in London for a few more days, but you can rest assured that our team is still hard at work back home while I’m away. If you need any assistance, you know where to find us!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to get some well-deserved fish and chips.
